The Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® recently released the March Sales Report. The data shows that low inventory levels might be the reason fewer homes sold in 2017 versus 2016. In April of 2017, 1471 units were sold in comparison with 1523 sold in 2016. The 4 percent drop in the number of homes sold, is offset by the 3.8% increase in average sales price from 2016 to 2017.
